We offered multiple times to refund her twenty one cents (a far cry from the $she claimed in her response) but she declinedShe posted something on social media with the same bogus claim and numerous clients spoke up for us which we did not know about until later - some testifying that they've been clients for years and have never had an issueWe have never kept money from a client without earning itEVERI believe *** *** lacked the ability to represent her HOA as she did not represent the HOA's wishes and this was the basis for the termination of our relationshipI am happy to speak on the phone or forward the many emails I have - I kept them all as I believe in paper trails - if further evidence is neededThe bottom line is that this claim is totally bogus and should be removedSent on: 6/23/8:13:PM
