Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***
After *** filed her complaint with you, I sent her an email which included the following, "Fourth: your math is incorrectDespite multiple attempts at explaining the service plan to you ***, it appears you still were unable to see where the totals came fromServices executed: fertilizing x
($125) and service visits ($+ $30) x ($930) = $Adding tax is $Note that the services dates were: March 2, March 27, April 12, April 29, May 11, and May Every other weekPayments made: $on March 20th and $on 5/= $This is a difference of $I’m happy to refund the twenty one centsWould you like a check or shall *** bring by two dimes and a penny to you? ***" She had multiple responses, including, "In the interest of time, I have removed the postsI will repost at a later date edited for clarityYou need to respond to the Revdex.com claim with your sideAt this point, our relationship is completePlease do not send further emails" and"so our HOA is just going to cut our losses, whatever they may be." We offered multiple times to refund her twenty one cents (a far cry from the $she claimed in her response) but she declinedShe posted something on social media with the same bogus claim and numerous clients spoke up for us which we did not know about until later - some testifying that they've been clients for years and have never had an issueWe have never kept money from a client without earning itEVERI believe *** *** lacked the ability to represent her HOA as she did not represent the HOA's wishes and this was the basis for the termination of our relationshipI am happy to speak on the phone or forward the many emails I have - I kept them all as I believe in paper trails - if further evidence is neededThe bottom line is that this claim is totally bogus and should be removedSent on: 6/23/8:13:PM
