WHAT A FLAKE!!
He gave us a bid to resurface our built-in desk. We would even provide materials. He strung us along for over a month, and then WE had to call HIM, only to have him tell us he doesn't want to do it anymore. He's capricious and completely undependable!
Find someone else, if you want the job to get done...or even started.
