O n Jan 17, 2017, My husband and I applied to rent from Chinook Aprts We were told that they needed $deposit out of our checking account, which we provided We received a call later that day stating we were declined Leasing agent stated that our money would be returned immediately I have called them so many times to ask about my refund and I rarely receive a call back and have to physically visit the property to find out where my money is The leasing agent and leasing manager had NO answers for me except that they had a check number for me That does me no good I have even contacted their corporate office in Sumner and received no information or response from them
I believe this is wrong They are holding on to my money without reason I want my $back PLUS interest
