past couple of days and you were informed that the return was denied. The return has now been accepted due to the lack of follow-up and time that you have currently had to wait. I apologize for the trouble you've experienced with our company. The refund was turned into Accounting to be processed this week. I have notified the manager that this is a high-priority situation. We can email you a receipt once it has been completed.
