Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not rude until the doctor came around the corner and asked me what my problem isAnd I didn't just go times I went multiple timesI've never had such bad service from a doctorI will say the the ladies at the front to desk are the sweetest ladies, and it gets very irritating when I have to go back and fourth so many times and call and call just to find out the doctor who is also the owner of the business was never thereI don't have a lot of time to do these things so yes I was irritated on the phone and I apologizeThat phone call the next day never happened either I just want my refund back, which the called and said they would give me alreadyAnd I will leave this aloneBut I would have never gotten a call if I wouldn't have went to Revdex.com, which is ridiculous Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] I
March 10, Dear Revdex.com representative, Ms [redacted] came to the office for the first time during a time that the office was closed due to personal time off for the DrShe then came in for the second time her feet were scanned and order was placed for orthotics, and when they came in we called her, and she came and got themWhen she brought the orthotics back, she was very rude to the receptionist, the Drheard a commotion and asked what the problem was, when Ms [redacted] told the Dr., the .Drexplained that the 3rd party where the orthotics are made require the customer to have worn them for days before they will issue a refund to us and then we reimburse the customer, she left, upsetWhen the days were up, she called us and being that the Dr was not in the office we could not give her the refund without the Dr.'s ok, as we were explaining this to her she got very irate and asked for the Dr.'s personal phone number which we would not give to herShe then proceeded to use foul languageWhen I asked her for her phone number to call her with the information to give her the refund, she told me that I had all the information and that she would not give it to me againI found her order with her phone number, tried to call her the next day and left a message that I needed to have her address to send her a checkShe never returned that callWe did not have an address to send the refund until we received your letterWe mailed the refund Tuesday April 12, Thank You Smith Chiropractic

I am rejecting this response because: I was not rude until the doctor came around the corner and asked me what my problem is. And I didn't just go 3 times I went multiple times. I've never had such bad service from a doctor. I will say the the ladies at the front to desk are the sweetest ladies, and it gets very irritating when I have to go back and fourth so many times and call and call just to find out the doctor who is also the owner of the business was never there. When she brought the orthotics back, she was very rude to the receptionist, the Dr. heard a commotion and asked what the problem was, when Ms. [redacted] told the Dr., the .Dr. explained that the 3rd party where the orthotics are made require the customer to have worn them for 30 days before they will issue a refund to us and then we reimburse the customer, she left, upset. When the 30 days were up, she called us and being that the Dr. was not in the office we could not give her the refund without the Dr.'s ok, as we were explaining this to her she got very irate and asked for the Dr.'s personal phone number which we would not give to her. She then proceeded to use foul language. When I asked her for her phone number to call her with the information to give her the refund, she told me that I had all the information and that she would not give it to me again. I found her order with her phone number, tried to call her the next day and left a message that I needed to have her address to send her a check. She never returned that call.
