Hello,We're very sorry that we are not able to deliver to the complainant's home. It sounds like there was a miscommunication on our part. We do not have a policy against delivering to RV parks. We leave it to the milkman's discretion if he or she does not feel we can serve a location. Examples...

where the milkman may decide that we cannot deliver to a home include: locked gates, roads with poor access or egress, aggressive dogs, and other concerns. We also make deliveries in the middle of the night, so we have safety concerns that are unique to our home delivery business. Again, as our milkmen are the one's making deliveries, they have full discretion to determine if a location can or cannot be served. When signing up at an event, the person at the booth would not be able to predict the milkman's decision. In some regrettable instances, we sign up customers and subsequently learn that we cannot make deliveries to the address. Again, we are very sorry that we are not able to deliver to the complainant's home and the miscommunication that followed.
