Review: [redacted] has been doing my taxes for the past several years . In the beginning of June I received a letter from the [redacted] that I was delinquent in my wage taxes for the [redacted] area school district and [redacted] in PA where I reside for the year 2010 . Total tax was for $381.12 and a penalty for $159.08 . Since that time I have called and left messages,faxed and emailed with no response. They also imply that I may be responsible for additional delinquent taxes for prior years. I feel she is responsible for paying fot the fines I incurred because of her mistake. The reason I went to a tax preparer is because I dont know the codes or tax laws she is the tax specialist this is her profession. I would appreciate any help you can give me.Sincerely[redacted]Desired Settlement: I feel she should pay the fines for the year 2010 and amend any tax years that may result in more fines.
