Review: A man from the above firm about being able to give back funds from business who did not provide the services I paid for and did not receive. They did not charge a up front fee but I signed a contract for them to represent me and receive 40 Per cent of the funds recovered. They then asked me to send them all the contract details and emails I have from the firms who did not provide the services. I have heard nothing from them in two months and I am concerned about what they are doing with the information including private information. Is they anyway they can be charged for use of they information illegaly and procuring it under false pretenses

Review: I received an email from Lauren C[redacted], a supposed Lead Investigator with a supposed legal firm, Smith Associates, P.A..

They have sent an FTC/legal document attempting to substantiate their claim to assisting my business reclaim some funds awarded and soon to be divided out to those who make their claim.

I tried calling only to find my call being direct to voicemail and no return calls.

The email sent to me looks like a scam by the formatting and all. There isn't a header clearly stating the mailing is from a law firm and uses a font characteristic of fraudulent mailings.
