injury during normal operation.  This is the sole purpose of the test.   During our testing, the chain broke, and it was witnessed by the buyer (our client) and their real estate agent.  The chain broke as a result of the test, not due to negligence on the part of the inspector.     The inspector left the seller/complainant a note, advising him of what occurred.     The complainant filed a claim for repair with our company.  It was denied as US Inspect was not at fault.   Ric H[redacted]Indiana/Ohio Area Manager
