either $25.00 or $35.00 or $15.00.  Furthermore, I have no record of receiving contact from [redacted] in regards to this issue.  Lastly, we have never reached out to a customer's credit card company in regards to a sale.  Additionally, I also researched our Point of Sale customer database and have no information regarding [redacted]. Please have [redacted] provide further documentation of the sale so we can research this further.
