In regards to patient's son: While he was a patient of our practice he used his mothers address She did receive statements at her house for both her and her son Her son's statements were always addressed to him Once we learned that her son no longer lived at her address, she no longer received his mail from us Unclear on confusion due to we have always had her and her son's accounts separate When talking to patient we made it clear that the balance is her responsibility and attempted to help her understand where the balance is stemming from Please see attachment for account breakdown and letter of explanation Thank you
