Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe any attempts have been made to contact me, or the email address and phone number you have been trying to contact is incorrect. I have not received any voicemails or emails from Mobile Destination in regards to this matter. The pictures that were attached to the business response have been addressed in the original complaint. I asked the original employee we dealt with at great length for clairification about the "Up too $650". I was assured over and over that it was a straight $650 per line ported over. The bill I sent in was for over $700. The $478 bill credit was not even close to that amount. I also protested this bill credit when I was told about it because it was not even going to cover the cost of switching over. I do not accept the response from the business. Regards, [redacted]
