Was called 3 different times to reschedule my daughters appointment on their end first because the doctor was out sick then because the doctor they scheduled us with isn't accepted by our insurance, the last because they booked two appointments within in the same time slot just for me to show up with my daughter (after taking one personal day off and missing out on my evening with my other children) and we don't even show up on the schedule! They couldn't do anything because the "manager" wasn't in and they had no other appointments. This place is a joke seriously unprofessional save your time and go to another establishment which is more then I can say for this place.

And the dentist I see is going on maternity leave so I need to be switched to a different dentistThis will be the 3rd dentist I will have seen nowI learned that my first dentist was no longer there WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE THE MORNING OF MY SURGERY!The customer service is terrible and I feel as if I'm just a number to themI am years old and I have to take my teeth out to eat which is so embarrassing when I am at a lunch meeting at workI am a professional and the way I am being treated is barbaricI do not understand how incompetent one office can beThe office blames the lab and the lab blames the officeWhile all long I am the one that has been sufferingSave yourselves the aggrevation and santity and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and keep your dignity
