I ordered the trial product. I called and told them I didn't want any more product. But after that they sent me product that I did not order and was billed $90 for it. So I entered a chat with them (which I saved in case I needed it), and they said I could send it back (at MY expense) and I would get refunded $59 ($90 less the shipping and "handling".) During the chat they tried to get me to purchase whitening pen, which I declined. So I'm out over $30 for a product I never ordered. What a scam. And to top that off, the product didn't even work even though I followed the directions. Stay away from this company. I Would give this company a o if I could.

I give this product 1 star since 0 is not an option. I was offered the free trial. I paid the shipping by credit card. It tasted foul and did not work. The next month I received another tube and a charge to my credit card for $90.00. I sent then an email to question why they sent another tube. I requested that the stop sending me the product. I had my bank investigate the transaction. The next month another tube arrived and yet another charge to my credit card. I promptly sent the tube back and again I sent an email. I called as well and was surprised to actually get someone on the phone. I asked to stop sending me the product. This time I called my bank had asked them to investigate and block to payment. The next month another tube and another attempted charge as my bank blocked their charge. My bank advised me to change my credit card number and I did. Then last I received an email acknowledging my cancelation from Smileactives. Now, a month after that I received a letter from a collection agency. When I explained the scam to the collection agency within 48 hours I received an email from the collection agency that they were dropping the case. Yesterday a new collection company. Smileactives is insufferable! I assume only a lawsuit will end this.
I have reported this to my local Attorney General's Consumer Affairs, the FBI Internet Fraud, and the Better Business Bureau. They are investigating. One should also report them to Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, whatever card you used to have their vendors contracts cancelled.

Called and canceled this product and am still being billed for it! How in the hell do you get out of this?

I told you when I received the last package that you sent me, that I no longer wanted
SmileActives. I am returning the new package to you.. Please refund my money on my credit card.

Smileactives tooth gel does not whiten as advertised. After two months, I have seen no difference in whitening.

Further, the company bills your credit card in installments rather than on each purchase. In other words, for one 3.8 ounce tube of toothpaste, you'll pay TWO monthly installments of $25.00 each. When you try to cancel, the company will try to sell you a whitening pen, which they claim is more effective. If you have to buy an extra product to get whitening results, why not just sell the whitening pen instead of the toothpaste?

Finally, expect your email account to be blasted with spam for products that the company also sells--some kind of skin cream. Even unsubscribing did nothing to abate the steady stream of spam.

Smileactives seems like more of a marketing firm than a it is a company that whitens teeth.
