I went to Smile Workshop to get my bottom dentures made. They took 3 imprints of my dentures to be made and one time to finish it. When it came back It was too tight. They forced it into my gums causing extreme pain. The doctor stated that like tight shoes it would take time to adjust. Once they saw sores they would know how to better adjust. I had a hard time putting them in and taking them out. My old dentures were never painful. I went in for several adjustments and it did not help. I finally told then to keep my dentures and refund my money. They said they would let corporate know. That was on a Saturday. When I called back they had not yet told corporate. I called corporate and was told it would let me know results by Wednesday the following week. On Thursday I called and was told they would call back. When I asked how much I paid they said it was 410.60. The Dental office told me it was 552.20 and the insurance paid 146.80. The total was 699.00. I have been getting a round around with every possible excuse. I need assistance. I paid in good faith, spent a lot of time and pain and I am very upset.

Refund I wound like my refund to be returned as soon as possible. They are barely investigating.
We have been working off and on with the patient for some time. The complaint was made pre-maturely before we were able to finish out our recommended treatment plan. There was a doctor change that the patient was made aware of to be reevaluated and the patient was happy, at that time, with moving ahead with the recommended treatment. We did not discuss or plan for any refunds because the patient said they wanted to continue with treatment. This is actually where we've left off with the patient and they are still scheduled for treatment in the month of December. Please note that because of HIPAA regulations we are unable to share further details to any of the patient's protected information. We will continue working with the patient as planned.
Wrongfully charged for missed appointment that was NOT confirmed, and while no longer even being assigned to them as a provider.
Apparently we missed an appointment in May which was NEVER confirmed. Plus, we already had changed providers through Tricare.
