Smile Shoe Repair

Review: About 6 weeks ago, I was catsitting for someone and one of the cat's urinated in my $200 pocketbook! I brought the bag to a cleaner/shoe repair store (Smile shoe repair, [redacted] ###-###-####). They told me that they would have to send it out and it would take about 2 weeks to come back in. I never received a phone call, so last week, I decided to check on it. It was back in and supposedly cleaned. I paid $45 for the cleaning stupidly, before smelling the bag. Before leaving, I decided to check and it still stunk! They said that it would take 2 more days, that they would call me, and that they would get it out this time. No phone call again... I went back today to check on it. Guess what?? It still stinks! I asked for my money back, since I went to them to have a service performed, and it was not done. They said no that they cleaned it twice (although an old gum stain was still there, they didn't even attempt to clean it!) and that the work they did to it was $75, but they are allowing me to pay ONLY $45. I can't even find this place on yelp or google. I am SOO furious and have no options to help me get justice! Not to mention I noticed that they took off and KEPT the decorative tassels that were on the bag! It's not just about they money anymore, but the fact that the can rip people off like this and get away with it!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund OR a replacement! They did not perform the service, the bag did not even smell like they cleaned it! There were still old stains on it! I would also like their bad service to be publicized!
