home.Quite frankly, that worker- Dan G[redacted]- was quite surprised that [redacted] was in any way dissatisfied.I would have to ask then, how well is [redacted] communicating?
That said,I have offered [redacted] financial remuneration in regards to his tire and man hours worked, even though we can justify those hours.
True, there was a factor outside of our control with a supplier, hence I am willing to compensate [redacted] for that inconvenience.
In regards to our lack of communication,I do not have the same opinion as [redacted]. We are available and I am always willing to communicate.
We would not be in business for 48 years if that was not the case. I do hope to resolve this matter swiftly.I thank you for your time.
