Paid for 8 Hours of service with FixMyQuickbooksNow.com: They were attentive at first, but then they stopped keeping appointments. The bookkeeper tried to hand me over to another and stated they would follow-up with questions I had since they did not know how to fix the issue.
They instructed me to go back and change the way petty cash was deposited for the whole year, which in turn messed up my bank account reconciliations. They promised they would fix and make it right. After 2.5 weeks of unanswered emails and phone calls and no-show appointments, I did the Re corrections myself.
The Business phone # listed (855-447-7435) has been disconnected. When we call the local number it is for another company SBIM inc which does not identify any person or company that I am familiar with. When I did get hold of the person I had been working with through his personal cell#, he stated he had left the company 1-2 weeks earlier because he had noticed they would drop their clients after a couple weeks of work.
Out of the 5 problems I asked for help with, they helped with one, messed up 2, never addressed the rest, and created more work for me in the end.
