Ms. [redacted] originally contacted the SMGI employee named in this complaint, Ken T[redacted] (part of SMGI’s [redacted] Sales Team), in September, 2016 to gather information regarding transferring her [redacted] service . At the time of initial contact in September, Ms. [redacted] was only requesting a...

price quote and choose not to place an order for service. Ms. [redacted] called Mr. T[redacted] back on October 12, 2016 to place her transfer order. The $150 promotion Ms. [redacted] felt entitled to was a [redacted] promotion that expired on September 30, 2016 for customers ordering new or transferring existing service to the specific property Ms. [redacted] was moving to. Being that Ms. [redacted] ordered service after the promotion end date, the promotion was not fulfilled by [redacted] as her order didn’t qualify. In order to satisfy Ms. [redacted], SMGI is issuing a check to her for $150.00. Ken T[redacted] contacted Ms. [redacted] on 12/20/16 notifying her of this decision and she was satisfied.
