that we have her phone number, we called at 11:am today and left her a message We included our call back number as well as a reference numberWe also let her know that there are three options of how we can compensate her (product replacement, refund via ***, or coupons)As far as this consumer's request for extra reimbursement for her "stress", that is not something we offer reimbursement forWe will however reimburse her for her Miracle Gel products, once she calls us back and lets us know what she wants to do
We understand the customer's displeasure in the product, and we are sorry that it did not live up to her expectationsWe will be issuing her a check for $USD (which is Canadian according to todays exchange rate)We do hope this clears up any issueWe perform rigorous testing and focus

We will not be offering reimbursement of $45.00 for this customer's pedicure. We have offered this customer $7.00 (MSRP for the product Mega Shine Top Coat). As a good faith effort, we have also offered this customer 2 Sally Hansen coupons valued at up to $11.00 each, which the customer...
declined. We will only offer possible reimbursement for services if the situation is a medical adverse event and the customer has medical bills that need to be submitted to our insurance company. At no time did we instruct the customer to go back to her salon to get a polish change or new pedicure. We feel we have made a good effort to appease this customer by offering a full refund of the MSRP of the product, as well as an additional 2 coupons of 11.00 each.

First of all I wouldn't say I contacted your company (your website under Contact Us) 6 times unless it was true! so for you to question it, is not acceptable! Second of all I contacted you back & spoke to Cindy & gave her my [redacted] account ([redacted]) & I told her since you are saying you're not giving me anything for my time I'm asking your for a full refund of the 3 horrible Gel polish which I paid for & are now are in the garbage & my second request was $30 in Coupons so I can purchase your products that I like for my time & a gift from you for free! as the other money your refunding was my money to begin with which means your offer you're giving me nothing!That is what I want from you to end this claim & I think it fair in my option! thank you for your time[redacted]

As a one time courtesy to this customer, we will be issuing a refund check for $108.00. Our normal policy is not offer refund or return for non-returned items to us. However, we will make this one time exception. Please allow 6-8 weeks for the customer to receive her check, as this is our normal...
