I am rejecting this response because:
The towing companies portrayal of events is inaccurate. My vehicle was hooked up to the tow truck but the tow truck was not in route, by law they were suppose to release my car to me or only demand only half of the normal towing fee. But instead the driver just gave me a hard time. In fact my car was still in its parking spot when I approached them. I was not offered a chance to collect anything from the vehicle. Please have them send my check to the following address [redacted] along with an accurate receipt
