Our menu clearly states that you can add fries and a drink to any Entrée for an additional amountwe do offer combos however our entrees are just the burger, chicken sandwich, or saladThis was explained to the guest multiple times by multiple peopleIf needed I have photographic proof that our menu states this if there is an email that I can send the picture toOur coupon states that it is buy one entrée get one free not buy one combo meal get one free

We have ordered meat on and off for years from the same guyThe only thing different this time is we prepaid for cases and only received oneWe agreed that we would notify him when we had room in our freezer for the second case and he would bring it byIt has been over a month and he has replied a few times stating delivery days and times but has never shown up or replied to my frustrated messages

Review: I completed an online order Monday March **. When I arrived to pick up the order they would not honour the online transaction and wanted me to pay again.
They had a record of my transaction (the food was prepared) but they insisted that I had to pay again. They could not present any evidence that my credit card had not been charged already but I showed them the email confirmation on my smart phone indicating a completed order with the method of payment being Amex.
Their online system does not allow placing an order without paying so the only way that they could have had my order is if I had paid online. Their online system had already told me that I had been charged for the order and had sent me the email confirmation indicated that. If my credit card had not been billed for some reason, it was their responsibility to show me evidence of that. They could not show me any evidence to that effect.
I did not want to pay a second time and have the responsibility to bring in my CC bill and seek a refund. I also did not want to leave without food that I had paid for. These were the only two options that SmashBurger gave me.
I asked to elevate the issue to a superior. The manager called someone and did not change his position.
I called the police. The police said that they could not settle the dispute but they did say that it looked like I had paid online and were surprised that the manager was not honouring the online transaction.
After 45 minutes I left without my food.
I emailed SmashBurger and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like SmashBurger to contact me and compensate me for the order, the embarrassment, and the inconvenience.
