Smarturtles Kids GPS Watch Phone

I'd give them no stars of I could. Bought the card for my 10 yr old kid to use on kids God watch phone. Phone only can call & receive calls from 10 #s. Only messaging is them speak 5 words max & only goes to person app reg under who can only send same max length text back through app only. So no real text features. To receive texts as part of activating card had to put in my cell phone then in watch phone. Watch can't access VM so requested to deactivate feature. Since purchasing can only get service 10% if times. Customer service takes lousy inacurate description of issue. Says escalates to tech team who's supposed to respond by email. But only email is if issue from customer service. Says has no escalation beyond that. Their 2G service is horrible & have never received refund, resolution, free ext. of non existent service for my trouble. I'm beyond frustrated & disappointed.
