Hello, I am responding to the complaint from Ms*** ***The disputed amount is $We will not be refunding any money backMs*** called the salon and spoke to *** and used a lot of profanity and called her several bad wordsWe want every customer to be completely satisfied
with our work but when a customer uses profanity and is very vulgar towards a stylist we will not refund themTo clarify, Ms*** was not present during the three haircuts that *** providedFirst was one of her sons and then the 2nd son asked to have his haircut just like his brother then last was the fatherThey were all satisfied with the haircuts at checkout. With any complaint we always coach the stylist and refresh them on customer service skills and that has been done with this situationThank you, *** *** | Salon Manager ***

I am rejecting this response because:It does not state why I used profanity. My sons are minors and my husband did not say anything because how could he make a scene and embarass the inexperienced girl. I was extremely upset due to their haircuts being so short and having a gala and wedding that we needed to attend. Anyone would have been upset, but it escalated when she became sarcastic and scoffed at me. This manager obliviously was not there either. I do not want a refund any longer. I would like his employees retrained along with the manager.
