I went into the Salon with two photos of what I wanted done to my hair, the stylist said my hair was too light for highlights she would give me low lights. I agreed as I thought it meant that my hair would be made A LITTER darker with LIGHT highlights. I am not a stylist and did not know exactly what low lightS were I took her word for it. Instead I now have brown hair and the highlights are hardly noticeable. Also I was told that my hair was brittle, I do not believe my hair was brittle before the treatment.
I called to speak to the manager who told me she heard me say yes to the consultation, but I believed in what the air dresser said that there would be highlights. I am not a hair stylist and asked again but was not told that my hair would be brown with hardly noticeable highlights (dark caramel when I wanted blonde).
When I called the Manager she was rude and advised me she heard me say ok to the consultation so if I wanted it fixed it would ne $79.00.
I was also told my hair was brittle in the back which I DO NOT believe it was before the treatment.
My hair looks terrible, I was so shocked I just told the stylist where are the stylist highlights where are the highlights, paid, left and cried n my car. I am so disappointed I will never go to Smart Styles again.

Refund I would like a refund for the hair color and have my hair done as requested at no charge but will pay for the hair products I purchased.
Spoke with guest and offered a discount on highlights as an effort to satisfy guest. When guest checked out at salon she told stylist she was happy with her haircolor, tipped stylist and hugged stylist before leaving salon. Guest made no mention of being displeased with color when services were rendered. Promptly responded to guest's initial complaint 2/14. Reached out to guest again 2/20. Guest stated she would reach out to stylist for highlights in the coming days at a discounted rate.

They want to charge me another $63.50, also the supervisor had left for the day did not see me hug anyone the date of service was 2/13 the hair person was *** I did not get a receipt attached Citibank transaction report

Because they want to fix my hair for another $64.50 and the hair in the back isn't even cut straight
