Before I bought custom can lids from Smart Practic, I asked them to send me a prototype so I could see how it was made, whether it fitted the cans, etc. It was fine, so I placed my order. What came was nothing like the prototype! These can lids do not fit on the cans at all. I gave them out to my customers and then realized nobody was using them. They're buried in drawers or thrown away. This makes my company look second-rate and cheap. I am so upset about this. Now I have all these can lids and I can't give them to my customers. What a waste of money. And I'm a small business owner who can't afford to throw money away. This company is despicable, using bait and switch tactics. I called the company and they said someone would call me but they never did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.
