I am rejecting this response because:
Although this is a response to an accusation of incomplete and inadequate work, the work was indeed incomplete and inadequateI have many examples of comparison between what was written on the contract and the service that was providedI would like a full refund of my moneyI would not recommend this business to anyone I know, and in fact, I would speak truthfully for buyers to beware
As far as an estimate for the backyard, I told *** that I was disappointed and unhappy with his work in the front yard, and that if he gave me a very, very good price to do some work in the backyard, perhaps it would make up for the value lost in the frontHe could not come up with a plan for the backyard other than bringing in a bunch of rocks to cover the current paths; nothing creative or reasonable, and his price for the backyard was not only way out of line, he said it wouldn't be worth his time to do anything less than a very small, $jobMy neighbors said the removal of trees in the front looked good - I hired a great company to do this work, not ***My goodness, the more I think back to this, the closer I am to addressing this in small claims court
