Review: smart reach digital contact me last march to offer some services on the web, and after we meet up I accept a reputation management on line to enlist my business on websites. when we went through the contract as they explant it to me, month by month no long term contract. in a few days when I send my credit card info for them, they said will charge me a setup fee!! and they never mention anything about a SETUP fee! when we meet! and when I told them to cancel the service, they call me back to say they wave it!After a 3 months I found out that they are too slow! in their work! so I call and emailed them to ask for termination of the service! and they said ok. then in couple month someone contact me for the 1st time and she said she's with entercom that smart reach digital falls under. and she said that Im behind 2 month in payments! So I told her I will pay the 2 months but please CANCEL the reputation management! and I ask her if I should do or write any request for that! she said no!and I never got any email, mail or anything else to confirm the cancelation! and I kept talking to [redacted] back then she was the site manger at smart reach digital in Sacramento. and when she get out smart reach digital. I called her and she link me up with the new manger at smart reach digital to get the cancelation email.the whole cancelation process took over three months! now I was try to search my business on line and found out that smart reach digital DELETE all the work done to enlist my business on the web!Desired Settlement: Need my money back of them THEY ARE SCAMERS!!!
