Review: I ordered an item from this business. They charged my credit card and never delivered the merchandise. There has been an automated response to my repeated emails promising a follow up, but a follow up email never came. When I called the phone number on the website, it had been disconnected. My credit card bill had a different phone number on it - when I called it, I left a message on the voice mail stating I had never received my order and would like the order or a refund. I called again the next day and left the same message - I haven't ever received a response. It's now been almost 2 months since I placed the order.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or the delivery of my merchandise.

Review: I placed 2 orders with Smarti Pony in May of 2015 and still have not received either one. I have called and emailed several times with no response. Their website states that they have a live person to answer the phone 24/7 and I have yet to speak to anyone. My card has been charged for the product.Desired Settlement: I would like the products I ordered in May or a refund.
