I've had so many issues, is it not funny:
1)Lost tutoring time because the tutor just didn't show.
2)Tutor just replied with something that had nothing to do with the topic, wasting my time
3)Difficulty to navigate the platform, which has translated to tutoring time lost.
4)The last one, I requested I got a 30-minute session returned because of one of those issues above, which meant I only had 30 minutes left, and from experience, nothing gets done in 30 minutes. Whoever attended my request proceeded to cancel one of my other 30 minutes slots that I had already allocated, and booked together with my returned 30 minutes at a time I could absolutely not attend so that I lost a whole hour. I only realised this less that 24 hours in advance, which means I also cannot cancel those 2 slots and book them at a more appropriate time. I tried chatting to fix the issue, and the person instead cancelled the other two slots I had booked at an appropriate time! I just could not believe the quality of the service. And we need to pay extra every term for this sort of rubbish, unbelievable.

Review: I was recently told by my university that I was required to submit a paper for review to SmartThinking.com. The service cost $20.00. I submitted the paper on December 8, 2013. As of yet, today being December 18, I have still never received my paper back. I have attempted to contact the company on several occasions, including informing them that their failure to return my paper resulting in my failing the assignment. They told me that they never received my paper, which is when I asked them why did they take my money. They charged the cost to my debit card without ever providing the service. I also have the email where I did submit the paper to them for review, and they are blatantly lying to me about not receiving it. They now refuse to return my emails, and I am unable to contact them by phone, as they do not list a number on their website. I feel that this company has taken advantage of me and the fact that I am a student. They also told me I should resubmit the paper in an attempt to appease me, at which time I informed them I no longer required the service, as my deadline was long passed, and I had already suffered for their lack of service.Desired Settlement: I would like all charges made to my debit card to be refunded immediately. The company wrongly charged my debit card for a service which they never provided. It is illegal and if it cannot be settled, I will seek an attorney.
