Dallas Sleep received an invoice (invoice number XXXXXX) for a date of service August 03, for the amount of $ We have been a customer with Smarter Shredding for at least years now, and have never received a *** for this amount We were setup on a monthly shredding service and every *** has, before August, has been about $ After calling Smarter Shredding Inc, I was informed they changed the pricing for our service We were not informed of any price change prior to service This is poor poor business ethics and unacceptableA company should never change the price of a service without notifying the customer first
