The people in this establishment are CROOKS It wasn't bad enough that my vehicle was in an accident and considered a total loss, but when I got to the tow yard to retrieve my personal belongs I find that my vehicle had been rummaged through and my stereo equipment and other personal belongings stolenThese people had the nerve to say that this is how the vehicle showed upI can not express the amount of anger and disgust I have with this establishmentNever before have I felt so violated when I thought my vehicle was in good hands being they got the tow call from the policeIf I have any advise for other customers it would be " just say no to smarts towing" This business should be shut down and never be aloud to do business in the state of Virginia again
