We bought a second home in Sedona this year which was brand new so needed all new window coverings throughout, large windows and specific needs. We got motorized duettes in some windows, blackout in some, panel shades (might be the wrong term) over the sliding doors. [redacted] was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable about color and good suggestions. I changed my mind a few times and she just rolled with it. The installation was easy and perfect and swift.

There was a little snafu which turned out to be 100% my misperception (one window was tinted and the other not which had nothing to do with the window treatment, just how the sun was coming in). [redacted] rolled with my anxiety over thinking a mistake had been made and would have gone the distance to resolve it if it had actually been something to resolve. As it turned out, I just learned that in the house not all the windows have the same tint--no big deal.

The prices here were SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER than a competitor (I'm talking over $1000) and honestly the suggestions made were more "artistic" for lack of a better word. I would refer this business to anyone in the area seeking window treatments!
