Smart Water Irrigation & Lighting

Highly recommend this company! I have been having drainage issues resulting in soggy yard and turf erosion. Joe the owner came out and made an assessment of needing the downspouts to go underground and to drain water downhill. I hired Smart Water and I am very pleased with the outcome and job performance. Completion of piping downspouts underground, adding additional gravel and laying Meyers zoysia grass could not have been done any better. Owner Joe and son Daniel are very professional,knowledgeable with tons of experience to back it up. Every interaction with company employees from Betsy in the office, Jose the foreman along with workers on the job were exemplary. Hard to find a good company with integrity, expert knowledge and professionalism as Smart Water and Irrigation. I will hire them again for ongoing projects and recommend you call them for solutions.

My experience with Smart Water Irrigation was as close to perfect as I have experienced with a building or landscape contractor. Daniel and his crew installed an irrigation system on my .7 acre lawn in August. The project was planned in early July for install in late August. The work was performed on schedule by a crew who knew what they were doing. Care was taken to minimize impact to my established zoysia sod and the work area was cleaned at the end of each work day. Daniel, owner of Smart Water, did everything he promised in a professional and timely manner and at a very competitive price. Three companies bid on my job and Smart Water blew the competition out of the water. My system was installed during the first week of what turned out to be a six week period with no rain. This allowed for a great early test of my irrigation system and revealed an area or two that was not receiving as much water as the rest of the lawn. One call to Daniel and the issue was taken care of. I can highly recommend Smart Water for your irrigation needs.

We contracted with this company to install some French drains and a sump pump. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work. Joe and Daniel were very professional and did what they said they would do at a reasonable price. Work crew was professional, arrived on time, and worked steadily all day. When finished, they were meticulous in cleaning up the work site. It was nice to do business with such a great company! We would definitely use them again.

Danny and his crew are great. I was very concerned about my yard looking like it had been dug up. That did not happen. They carefully replaced the turf they had removed. You have to look hard to see where did they bury the pipe. Great job

I received many quotes for an irrigation system. The quote from Smart Water was competitive but not the cheapest. Joe followed up several times answering questions that came up during the process. The install was smooth and I'm happy with the final product. We installed a 9 zone irrigation system and a low voltage outdoor lighting system with controllers. Daniel and the crew were total pros and offered insights as to how to further improve the property. They provide great support and a 2 yr warranty.

I am very pleased with my choice of Smart Water to install our irrigation system. Joe M arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment for an estimate. He talked me through the system and gave me options and areas of potential savings without trying to upsell me. His son, Daniel, scheduled the installation. Although installation was delayed by the weather, Daniel stayed in constant contact until the weather broke. Daniel's installers were professional and courteous. They worked hard until the job was completed. I would unequivocally recommend to Smart Water who is looking for an irrigation professional.

Company sent out email stating they would repair existing irrigation eqpt for $60.00 plus cost of parts.
Based upon their email(which they send out multiple times throughout the year, I engaged them to come out and perform repairs as stated by them.

'After they had finished I mentioned that we were not getting enough coverage and they recommended that I put in 4 more rotors and 40 ft of 1" pcv pipe. I asked them to give me the cost for their original proposal ($60/hour labor and cost of existing parts that needed to be repaired) and quote pricing on additional equipment.

They refused to break out costs and would not honor their ad. This amounts to misleading and false advertising.
