I paid CEO/Founder Shawn R[redacted] of Smart Venture Concepts to take care of submitting my LLC paperwork in February 2016. At that time, I filed all of the necessary documentation as well as paid fees associated. I was informed that I would get notified with an update as well as receive my LLC...

documentation in the mail within 30 days. It is now 9 months later, (October 2016) and I have not received any documentation regarding my LLC, nor have I heard back from his team after numerous emails and phone calls. Shawn has since changed his phone number and disconnected his emails, making it extremely frustrating trying to connect. I have been patient, but at this point in time, his unprofessionalism has caused an extreme delay in the progression of my business.
