I reported an issue with the website via their contact form. The website was not providing the reading component to my son. It was providing only math.
This request was never addressed. They never answered not solved it.

I sent messages via contact form since 2 months ago asking to cancel the subscription and they have continue to charge my credit card.

they do not reply back. confirm receipt. call. anything.

When I try to call over the phone the line says they are busy and there is no way to leave a message.
