The Cabinets installed for Mr [redacted] are used for the storage of cleaning materials used in his businessHis employees access the storage units regularly The Cabinets were inspected yesterday by Robert L [redacted] who is the owner of Smart Systems Plus, IncHe was unable to detect any flaws to the installation He removed the doors that were broken and brought them to the shop to be replaced by new onesThese new doors will be replaced shortlyHoping this will resolve the complaint
We installed the missing doors at the client's home yesterdayWe spoke to him today to be sure that he was satisfied with the completion of the projectThe reasons for the slow response have been investigatedA change was necessary at the time of installation which required doors instead of panels.Because of the design change the material was scrapped but the replacement doors were never scheduledAll scheduling is controlled by the office and the client did contact the office and the original installation team but no one responded to him There was a change in scheduling staff at the office about the time of the third contact by the client and the work order was misplacedBecause of this issue we have improved the control procedures between the schedulers and the installers so that any incomplete jobs are rescheduledWe now believe that we have satisfactoily resolved this complaint
