flaws to the installation. He removed the doors that were broken and brought them to the shop to be replaced by new ones. These new doors will be replaced shortly. Hoping this will resolve the complaint.

We installed the missing doors at the client's home yesterday. We spoke to him today to be sure that he was satisfied with the completion of the project. The reasons for the slow response have been investigated. A change was necessary at the time of installation which required doors instead of...
panels.Because of the design change the material was scrapped but the replacement doors were never scheduled. All scheduling is controlled by the office and the client did contact the office and the original installation team but no one responded to him . There was a change in scheduling staff at the office about the time of the third contact by the client and the work order was misplaced. Because of this issue we have improved the control procedures between the schedulers and the installers so that any incomplete jobs are rescheduled. We now believe that we have satisfactoily resolved this complaint

Review: Smart systems was hired to install an epoxy floor coating and garage cabinets. During the cabinet installation there were some site changes which required Smart Systems to modify a panel into a door and agreed to return the following week to install the doors on one cabinet and never returned. Several promises to return and no not even answering the phone or texts to employee and office. Job was paid in full at time of original installation.Desired Settlement: Complete the installation of the two doors and provide a credit back for my trouble.
