Smart Shape Body

SMART SHAPE SWITCHED DOCTORS AND I WAS NOT ADVISED OF THIS. ADVISED THAT I WANTED A REFUND AND THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY.
In August of 2019 I did a consultation with Dr. *** who was a part of Smart Shape Body at the time. I received a quote for my procedure and scheduled my procedure date for 10/25/19. On 08/15/2019 I made a payment of $1,000 and on 09/13/19 I made a payment of $2,500 using my debit card, which I have receipts for both transactions. My pre op appointment was scheduled for Friday 09/27/19. I received a call from Smart Shape Body on Thursday stating that Dr. *** had an emergency and is out of the country and someone will give me a call on Monday 09/30/19. No one ever called me. I called on Tuesday and was advised that someone will call me back. I decided to google Dr. *** name and found the number to Dr. *** direct office. I spoke with Dr. *** office and was advised that he no longer works with Smart Shape Body. Smart Shape Body has taken my money and never advised me of this. I called them and they attempted to persuade me to go to their new doctor. I advised that I do not want a new doctor ,I would like a refund. It's been two days and every day I talk to them it's the same story about a new doctor. Smart Shape Body is not giving me my money back. They are unprofessional, a scam and they should not be in business with the way they treat their customers.
