These guys where very professional and hardworking and always kept me in the loop to what was going on that day. They made it clear that any question I had at anytime would be answered. There price was reasonable and I was reffered by my brother who had his roof done years ago. I am very pleased with my roof.

Smart Roofing put a new roof and gutter guards on my Greendale home. Removal of the two existing layers of roofing was required. The arrived on the promised date, worked quickly and competently in removing the old roof,clean up was excellent. They followed with exemplary work in re-roofing my home in timely fashion. Did fine work on both the roof and gutters at the price quoted. The workmanship is outstanding and I have not had any follow up problems.

Both [redacted] and their crew did an exceptional job. We appreciated their prompt answers to our questions and that they did special research to find the right gutters for our historic victorian home. Smart Roofing was a pleasure to work with on our beautiful new roof and gutters.

I first heard of Smart Roofing & Sheet Metal from another RN at work in 1986. At the time, I had a Victorian house that leaked every time it rained. I got 4 estimates, but the only one that was personally recommended was Smart Roofing. The only company cheaper didn't have insurance.

Smart did that project, and since then, they've done 2 more roofs for me, as well as my mom and cousin's roofs. The latest project was August 2012. When I first started working with Smart Roofing, I work with [redacted]. Our last project, though, I met his son [redacted]. Smart Roofing is a good business. They may be a little slow getting back to you, but the same person who gave me my estimate was the same person who put on my roof.

By the way, [redacted] likes lemonade :)

Dale Jr. is wonderful to work with - he is very personable and knowledgeable about flat top roofs. He spent extra time with us explaining things to us about our roof which we appreciated. The previous owners worked with Smart Roofing in the past and we are very grateful they left us their contact information. Knowing you have a roofing company you can trust is a huge relief!!

Big [redacted] and [redacted] came to my home and made their presentation. They were very professional, but not pushy. The price was very affordable compared to other quotes I received from other companies. I always felt comfortable while they worked in my home. I was really happy with the results, so much so, that I have referred them to other family and friends who need work done on their homes.

Smart Roofing was out and installed some vents on the house so our attic could "breath." They were very professional while doing the job and were very friendly. While doing the job, they took down some bee hives that they noticed on the top of the house. That was very nice of them. 7-8 years prior, they put a brand new roof on our house and did a great job on that also. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job you may have.

I had work done by another company and was not satisfied with it, so I contacted [redacted] They came out and worked on the problem until they had it fixed. They kept in touch with me as to what they were going to do. They were very pleasant. I have had a roof done by them about 5 or 6 years ago and I was very satisfied and recommended them to my daughter and my daughter is very happy with the roofing job. We also had them work on the gutters of my Mom's home before it was sold and the gutters turned out great. If you want nice work done call [redacted], Roofing and Sheet Metal Co. I didn't have to write this but I think people ought to know who the quality people are out there.

I recently had a roof leak that was minor, however to me it was a major event. [redacted] was able to stop by the very next night even though he had a full schedule and took the time with me and explained my options. He also was willing to work with the nightmare of a Home Warranty. He spent over 2 hours on the phone with them to resolve the issue.
The day he was coming to complete the repairs he kept me posted with multiple phone calls to update me on his scheduled arrival. It was one of the most positive experiences I have had. I will definitely be calling them when I need a new roof in a few years.

I would give this company a great review. They came when they said they would, gave us a fair estimate and completed the work promised on time and with care and skill. We found them to be reputable and honest. Dale Jr. was polite and eager to please. We will definitely call on them again when we have roofing needs.

They do an excellent job--very professional. They use quality materials at a reasonable price and they stand behind their work. My wife and I have owned 2 houses and smart roofing has replaced both roofs with great satisfaction.
