Review: I ordered 2 of these phone chargers. My order was lost and it took over 3 months to recieve my order. When it arrived one charger was broken. I have repeated emailed this company in every address I could find but have never gotten a reply. I only want a refund for this broken item. There is no customer service.[redacted]These are the address I've sent at least 6 emails to with no reply. I've even sent 2 physical letters and again no replies. I notified them the very day my item arrived that it was broken.Their info page states this:Our mission is simple: to provide the best products and service to our customers at the lowest prices possible. We take great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service and in the products we sell. Our online store is designed to provide you with a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog.Smart Qi Power[redacted]Their return policy states they give refunds for returned items but you can understand my hesitation to return the item by mail if they won't even answer me. What if I send it in then they claim they never got it and refuse a refund because I no longer have the item to return.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund for a single OneCard Charger I recieved that was broken when it arrived.
