Joseph K. O'[redacted] from Smart Print Technologies contacted us and asked us if we could fix one of his customers printers. We told him we could and we were onsite the same day. (10/24/2015) We also resolved the customers issues and had their printer up and running the same day.
After the work was completed, Joe said the check would be in the mail. As of 1/1/2016 we are still awaiting payment.
We have made numerous attempts to contact someone and are not getting replies to our phone calls or e-mails.
