Smart Physical Therapy

Review: This office stated they accepted my secondary insurance with a &10.00 co-pay as full services rendered. They proceeded to assign me a therapist that did not belong to my secondary insurance. Therefore this caused me to lose my benefits and $10.00 co- pays. I discussed with their office numerous times,explaining their misreprented their coverage, causing me hardship. Their explanation was I'll get back to you. Still waiting as it appears the practice will not return the monies owed to me for their incompetence assigning therapistDesired Settlement: Refund $100.00 their therapist were not in our agreed plan of se diary coverage. They used one in the beginning and then changed with saying the new person was in our plan. Alas not true according to our secondary plan.
