Upon dealing with Smart Pet and Home Solution for some time now, we have yet to receive services that has been paid for awhile ago due to owner *** making several and ongoing excuses and reasons why he can't make it out to our home. He has been neglecting to fulfill to his side of his contract since day one, as we have been very patient with him for several months now! He has failed to return phone calls and text messages, until today when we have mentioned possibly making this claim, in which he responded with a threat saying he could put a lien on our house. He has been very unprofessional in his business endeavors. This has to be taken note of by Revdex.com and to protect others from suffering the same pain.
