Review: I purchased a faulty transmission from this company which was replaced with another faulty transmission. I returned the transmission for a refund I haven't received my refund and I cannot get anyone at the business to return my phone calls or emails concerning the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund sent asap so I can afford to buy another transmission elsewhere..

I am not familiar with this customer I show no records of selling a transmission to [redacted]. I did sell a transmission to another vender that may have sold it to [redacted]. I see that we sold one a unit on 6/23/2014 and we replaced on 7/23/2014 but at this point both of the units have been totally credited to the vender. [redacted] if I can be of any assistants please feel free to call or email me.
