Chris was more than willing to cooperate with [redacted]. It is not our standard operating procedure to refund or credit third party customers; it is our policy and vendors' policies that the vendor in which customers purchase from are directly responsible to handle returns, credits and other...
matters of this nature. Camformulas had refused to refund [redacted] due to the product being opened. Even though it is not our policy, Chris had offered [redacted] a free replacement for her to return to Camformulas so that she can receive credit. We are more than happy to cooperate with the Revdex.com and [redacted] in order to rectify this issue in the most appropriate manner. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

The business originally said they would be willing to help then took three weeks to respond to my reply.Now they're saying I have to go through Camformulas. The deadline was 6/**/17, so they are no longer willing to accept my return. It appears as though this company deliberately waited to respond. I sent them my response nearly three weeks ago, expressing that the deadline was 6/**/17. They haven't addressed my complaint with a resolution.

Unfortunately, our policy is that we can not handle returns to third party customers. [redacted] purchase from Camformulas therefore she has to pursue her return with them and adhere to their return policy.
