We did not fail to return the appropriate amount of the security deposit to the tenant within the days required by Texas Property Code The tenant however disagreed with the amount returned and never cashed the refund check We have since agreed with the tenant on an acceptable amount
and the tenant has received a check from us As far as we are concerned, this complaint has been successfully addressed
