Put it this way, when Dan came to the rescue I couldn't help but to give him a hug. He truly went above and beyond making a key. Spending extra time where most would have told me I was out of luck. In the end my car was started and he blew his competitors out of the water. Not only in price but in his knowledge as well. I will always call Dan from now on! You should too!

I had a great experience with Share Locks & the rep who came out, Danny. He was able to save me about $100 by avoiding the dealership to replace a chipped/programmed key for my car. He also was very knowledgeable and told me I could file a claim with my insurance or AAA for reimbursement since this was considered roadside service. I have AAA and before calling Smart Locks, I had talked to them about losing my keys and trying to find a resolution to the problem without having to tow my car to the dealership --- they never bothered to mention I could get $100 back because of my plan with them... nice, right! So, thanks to Danny - I really saved $200 on this ordeal. Great job & very professional!
