Hi everyone, we recently hired a this contractor to install paver for usThe contractor himself did not follow the sealer label instruction, which caused high sand trapped on and between paversWhen he tried to remove the sand, we had discolorationIt looks very uglyHe kept blaming on the quality of our paver and did not acknowledge his faultAs licensed contractor, he did not want to pay subcontractor for the last day so did it by himselfHowever, he did not know what he was doing so totally massed upGenerally speaking, we were very happy with the subcontractor teamThey did great jobIt is the contractor himself, MrJoe S [redacted] , massed it upHe offered us to replaced discolored pieceWe have this kind of paver left but for other usesand also we do not want him to do it againWe have paid him in full, and he refused to acknowledge his fault and kept blaming on something elseHe said there is nothing can be done to fix the high sandWe have to keep walking on it for a few years until wear out the sealerVery disappointed and frustratedWe are not trying to give him a hard time, but we spend a lot of money and received the unacceptable resultWe normally do not leave bad customer review on yelp or google, because we know it would hurt contractor's businessBut at this moment, his reaction really pissed us offWe don't want him to fix the issueWe can not trust him any longerWe do not want cashThe only thing we need at this point is his acknowledgement of the fault and apologies
