Review: Back on 11/3/2013 I placed an order for three sets of replacement batteries(6 pack) (invoice #4-[redacted]). A few weeks later I received only one of the three set I ordered. I have used their online customer service link and emailed 3 or 4 times regarding this issue and I have not heard back from them once. I have also searched for a phone number to contact them, but I have not been able to find one. I was charged $8.97 for something that cost them less than $3 to send (postage on the package had a total less than $3). The communication from this company is none existent.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the batteries I did not receive. I would also like to see a phone number added to their website so consumers can get in contact with the business.
